Why Sandblast?
The basis of any good coating is preparation. Prior to powder coating of steel or galvanised substrate it must be properly prepared using abrasive blasting. We use an 80gl steel grit in our blasting, which is very clean and doesn’t leave contaminates in the substrate. It is a very important process used not only to remove rust, paint and scale but to prepare surfaces for high adhesion with the powder coat.
